Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.icrate.in. Please note the conditions below that are applicable for returning the product.

 

·      No request for the exchange of products will be entertained.

 

·      The products are dispatched after proper and multi-layer packaging. In the case of an unlikely event of a customer receiving a defective product or breakage in transit, we are committed to providing a free of cost replacement.

 

·       Request for the return of the defective product has to be raised with us by email or over the phone, along with clear pictures of the defect or breakage.

 

·       The request for such return has to be placed within 5 (five) days of receipt of the product. Any request raised after this period will not be entertained.

 

·       On receipt of a valid request for return, we will organise a shipment pick-up from the customer’s location. Please note that it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the return product is handed over to the courier with proper packing, with all the contents.

 

·       The courier charges for the return consignment will be borne by us, and no charge will be levied on the customer.

 

·       On receipt of the product, we shall examine and determine whether the product is in its original condition with its original packing intact.

 

·      In case the return is genuine, we will dispatch a free replacement to the customer. In case of exigency, we will make a proportionate refund to the customer.
